My name is Regina.  I have been a nurse for over 40 years. Nursing is my passion and a huge part of my life.  My career grew and developed with the changes in healthcare. I welcome change and love being a change agent.

I want to hear from you:

Nurses, nursing assistants (PCTs), unit secretaries, Providers, housekeeping, food service, therapists and of course patients and families or anyone else who wants to be involved. Together we can begin a movement, foster changes and improvements, and make a difference.

In my opinion, healthcare is dying! I reached out to the State Surgeon General, Dr. Joseph Ladapo, with no response. This made me realize a discussion needed to be had so that we could hopefully be heard.

We have to work together and create a change to improve OUR healthcare system before it "dies".
